NEW Hours Worked Incentive Program

Receive $1,000 as soon as you work 1,000 regular shift hours! All active employees are eligible and there are no deadlines or time restrictions on hour accrual as long as you meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Sign and submit the "Hours Worked Incentive Agreement Form" (Required to begin participation)
2. Maintain a consistently “active” status in our system, keeping all credentials in personnel file current
3. Have no unprofessional behavior incidences reported by a client
4. Have no frequent or late shift cancellations or absences, unless for a documented emergency, as defined in the Employee Handbook

It’s that easy! You can easily reach 1,000 hours in as little as 8 months, if you take on full time local or travel contracts; Or, if you’re more interested in part time, per diem work, you can slowly accumulate hours over a longer period of time. Our staffing software will even keep a running total of your total hours, so you don’t have to! (Program effective: 6/7/10)

Referral Bonus

We believe that a referral is the best advertisement and we would rather invest our advertising dollars with you, our employee! Our new referral bonus system makes it easier than ever to put cash in your pocket FAST.

• Local Referrals (Memphis & surrounding Mid-South region)
  • Refer a RN, PT, OT or SLP – earn $500
  • Refer a LPN – earn $300!

Half of this sum is awarded as soon as the referral is made "active" and scheduled to work a definite shift! The other half is awarded as soon as the referred employee completes 80 staffing hours.

• Travel Referrals
  • Refer a Traveler (RN, PT, OT, or SLP) - earn $1,000! 

You receive $500 as soon as the traveler is "active" and has signed a travel contract. The remaining $500 is paid as soon as the referred traveler completes their first assignment.
