Anita Getter – Recruitment & Retention Coordinator/ Ms. Fashionista

Anita LOVE, LOVE, LOVES to shop, coordinate outfits, pick lint off of other employees’ clothing and make a few fashion suggestions here and there!  In addition to shopping, she enjoys watching a good movie and entertaining; oh!  and eating good food!!!  Anita has been an employee of OR Nurses, Inc. since August 1998. She is the Administrative Recruitment & Retention Coordinator and supports our Local Staffing Department by handling contractual agreements, PRN scheduling, and new applicant screening. Her role is all about "You"! Feel free to call her anytime – about anything! Lori Coates - The Great and Powerful Oz

The voice behind the curtain: Lori Coates, Vice President of Recruitment. Lori has been a part of the O.R. Nurses, Inc. family since 2000.  As your Recruitment Specialist, she acts as the Great and Powerful Oz to make what seems to be the impossible happen for you.  If she doesn’t have the answer – she’ll get it.  Her personality is very upbeat and competitive so you will receive the personal attention that makes you feel that you are a part of the OR Nurses, Inc. team.  Outside of work, Lori enjoys cooking, hanging out with her family, watching old movies, and playing Mahjong (which she is addicted to).  If you are ready to work hard and laugh hard, give her a call! Bryan Burnett – The Suave Scheduler

Bryan has been able to make friends pretty easily since birth, an attribute he’s been contributing to the O.R. Nurses, Inc. team since 2007.  He likes to think he can charm nurses into working shifts they wouldn’t normally work and he especially enjoys helping clients find the best nurse for the job. In his spare time he likes riding his motorcycle, watching Family Guy, and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts.  His favorite quote is, “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken” by Oscar Wilde.  Email or call him to see if he can’t find you the work you have been looking for. Wendy McCrary – Curlygirl

Wendy has been a LPN for over 16 years and has been working with the O.R. team since 2000.  She handles many duties within the company: On-Call Coordinator, PRN Scheduling, and Training Coordinator for our client hospitals’ computer charting programs.  She prides herself in pairing nurses and facilities together making a great fit for each.  Wendy enjoys staying connected with each nurse and making onsite visits with our clients.  Whether you need assistance with a problem, or just want to vent, she will always be available to you when in need.  Most people remember her because of the hair; hence curlygirl.  Wendy enjoys entertaining, cooking, reading, and word search. Contact: Ext. 246

Renee Wilson – The Quiet Genius

Renee is the behind-the-scenes computer geek that recently joined the outgoing world of travel recruiting. She has been with the company since May 2008 working in the Travel Department. Renee likes horror movies (Boo), reality shows, and the Dallas Cowboys football team. Lisa Stark – AKA Sparky Starky

Lisa comes to us with over 20 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry. Her niche within the company focuses on recruiting allied professionals (PT’s, OT’s, & SLP’s) to fill numerous travel needs across the country. She enjoys working and meeting people from all walks of life. As a native Memphian, she appreciates the culture of our city, the people, and most of all “Elvis”. She has a passion for cooking, travel, and sports. She certainly keeps a smile on her face and laughter in her heart. Contact: Ext. 240

Shawn Davis –New Hire & Credentialing Coordinator

Shawn is the newest member of the O.R. Nurses, Inc./Allied for You family. She assists employees with the new hire and credentialing process and is responsible for ensuring all files are complete. Although this is a challenge, Shawn’s knack for organization and attention to detail make her perfectly suited for the job! Outside the office, Shawn loves reading, crafts, and her newly acquired hobbies of boating and wakeboarding.  She can’t wait for the spring and warmth to return so she can get back on the water!  Contact: Ext. 248

LaDana Shaw - Administrative Assistant, Travel

Dana joined the O.R. Nurses, Inc. team in May 2010. As the Administrative Assistant to the travel department, Dana always goes above and beyond her obligations - treating all of our travelers as family. She's responsible for helping the travel team with miscellaneous tasks to make sure our travelers get the job of their dreams. Dana is obsessed with Grey's Anantomy. Feel free to contact her anytime! Jessica Bordwell – Marketing Guru & Coffee Connoisseur

Jessica is the “Travel Liaison” for O.R. Nurses, Inc. and Allied for You. She handles marketing & public relations, as well as various IT functions. Jessica also teaches CPR classes and acts as our resident AHA Training Site Coordinator. She became a coffee addict while earning her Master’s degree in Health Service Administration and hasn’t looked back since. Jessica joined the O.R. Nurses, Inc. family in August, 2008, after moving from Indiana. Although she’s adjusted to life in the Mid South, she cannot shake certain “Yankee” habits, including her tendency to clearly enunciate every syllable, her love of snow, and die-hard support for the Indianapolis Colts! Linda Wolf – The Calm One

Though she may seem quiet at times, don’t underestimate Linda’s abilities or knowledge as Payroll/Billing Associate.  She has over 20 years of experience in payroll and billing and has been with O.R. Nurses, Inc. since 1998. Linda knows her stuff and enjoys the challenges that sometimes come with agency payroll. She, along with Jane and Laura, strive to always keep our employees paid correctly, our clients invoiced appropriately, and - more than anything - maintain their sanity with lots of humor and plenty of DARK chocolate. Laura Berryman - Payroll/Billing Associate and Walking Spell Checker

Laura has been part of the OR Inc family since April 1992 and works with a great group of people who make it worthwhile to get up in the morning.  She spends her days keeping track of many details that would drive a less anal-retentive person crazy.  Her goal is to make sure payroll and billing are as accurate as possible and that our employees and clients receive top-notch service.  Laura enjoys playing piano, reading, cooking and especially EATING!  She and her husband, Mitch, have one daughter (Kate) and a Jack Russell terrier (Jessie) who has serious issues with 3-ring binders. Contact: Ext. 235

Jane Hunter- Petite, Perky, Part-time Payroll Person

Jane likes to swim, walk, read and sing solo’s (so low no one can hear her) in the church choir.  At work, she handles the insurance enrollments as well as many other payroll functions!  Fun fun fun!  Jane feels so lucky to work with the best people in the world and is definitely a people person herself.  She has been with O. R. Nurses, Inc. since May of 2003 and is the (self-proclaimed) dinosaur of the office - Nickname-Mary-Jane-Osaures.  What makes Jane happy?  Getting legible timesheets faxed on Monday!  Woo hoo! Randy Burnett - The Money Man

Randy has been associated with O.R. Nurses, Inc. since 1988 as part owner. In 2003, he officially accepted the on-site position of Vice President of the Financial & Legal Department, overseeing the daily activities of the Accounting/Payroll Department personnel and handling all matters involving legal and insurance issues. Randy is a fitness fanatic, who frequently competes in triathlons. He has an odd affection for chimpanzees and banana pudding – coincidentally leading many of his co-workers to believe he is part chimp himself. Rachel Bramlett - The Queen of Versatility

Rachel has been with O.R. Nurses intermittently since May 2006. Don’t be surprised if you receive an email from her at strange hours since she works off site at night. Rachel assists with a little bit of everything, including: credentialing, data entry, references, audits, and performance evaluations. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen, and her dog, Jake, who is spoiled rotten. Rachel loves the TV show Lost, the Memphis Grizzlies, and baking all kinds of desserts.
