Guaranteed Competitive Pay: We will always get you the best pay! And with a travel contract, the hours are always guaranteed. Pay rates vary from location to location and we always negotiate for the best on your behalf.
Health Insurance: We offer comprehensive health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee which is available on the first day worked. Allied For You, a division of O.R. Nurses, Inc. pays for 100% of your single coverage, and we will payroll deduct for family and/or child coverage.
In addition, we offer dental insurance through Assurant Employee Benefits, as well as supplemental insurance options through Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company.
Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit: We pay our employees every week. Direct Deposit is offered free of charge and is the best way to ensure that your money is in your account when you need it. No worries about a trip to the bank.

Your living arrangements may be a furnished apartment, a fully equipped corporate suite, or a luxury extended stay.

24 Hour Office Support: We are always here for you to ensure your travel experience exceeds expectations. We have a personal Clinical Liaison assigned just to you for any problems or conerns you may encounter. Your Recruiter will also be available and we have fulltime, on-call staff to give you access to us 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Tax Benefit Plan: We can negotiate per diem reimbursement money for you to use tax-free if you choose to arrange your own housing. Allied For You will coordinate your per diem amount as allowed by the gsa.gov, with no hidden tax penalties at the end of the year. Contact your personal recruiter for more details on this benefit.
Roundtrip Airfare or Mileage Reimbursement: Depending on your location from the selected assignment, roundtrip airfare may be included. If you opt to drive to your assignment, we will negotiate terms and provide you the option of mileage reimbursement.
Extension & Completion Bonus Opportunities: A generous Completion and/or Extension bonus is available on many of our 13 week assignments. Ask your recruiter which will apply to your assignment. We often have premium crisis bonuses also available.
Personal Travel Recruiter: Enjoy the comfort of knowing you can contact your recruiter, whenever you need them, to answer any questions you may have while preparing to go out on an assignment. Your recruiter, and also your Clinical Liaison, will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week while you are on assignment.
